Caro van Leeuwen

Caro van Leeuwen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, project management, and education. Currently serving as Regionalstellenleiterin and Bereichsleiterin BINplus at ECAP since September 2019, Caro van Leeuwen oversees the BINplus program focused on vocational integration and language support. Previous roles include Board Member and President at Integrationsnetz Region Zofingen and Course Manager at academia Sprach- und Lernzentrum Schweiz AG, where responsibilities included course organization and customer support. Caro van Leeuwen has also held positions at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the Zentrum für Afrika Studien, gaining hands-on experience in communication, event organization, and academic support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in African Studies from the University of Basel and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in NPO management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
