Ming Liu

Ming Liu, Ph.D., EMBA, currently serves as Chief Architect at ECARX since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ming Liu held the position of Deputy GM at SANY Group from April 2022 to November 2023, overseeing a team of over 250 individuals. Between April 2019 and March 2022, Ming Liu worked at Huawei Deutschland as Senior Director & Chief Architect for the EU, responsible for product management across automotive semiconductors and electronic/electrical products, with a focus on product strategies, design, development, and customer engagement. Previous roles also include Director of Solution Architecture and Executive Industry Solution Manager at Huawei, Manager of Systems Engineering and Lead System Architect at HARMAN International, Systems Engineer at Bosch Sensortec, Ph.D. candidate and research engineer at Justus-Liebig University Giessen, and Assistant Engineer at Beijing Research Institute of Telemetry Technology. Education credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School.
