Dan Leonardi

Dan Leonardi currently serves as the Head of Wholesale for ECCO Americas since June 2024, overseeing the wholesale division across all business channels. Prior to this role, Leonardi was the Vice President of Sales for Lifestyle Brands at Eastman Footwear Group from March 2023 to June 2024, where responsibilities included developing the Lifestyle brands portfolio for North America. Leonardi's extensive experience includes key positions at Sperry, Marchon Eyewear, Alexis Bittar, Inc., Samsonite, Prada, Versace, and Corneliani USA, cumulatively spanning over two decades in sales and brand management within the footwear and fashion industries. Additionally, Leonardi volunteered as a coach and mentor for TEAM STEADY BUCKETS, supporting youth in basketball and life skills. Leonardi is an alumnus of Ramapo College of New Jersey and the University of Arizona.
