Ryan Carpenter

Ryan Carpenter, FACHE, currently serves as Senior Manager of Health System Performance at ECG Management Consultants, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Ryan held roles as Senior Healthcare Consultant at Pathstone Partners in 2023-2024 and Vice President of Performance Improvement at Bon Secours Mercy Health from 2021 to 2023, where a performance improvement team of 12 FTEs was built and led to enhance internal operations. Prior experience at HCA Healthcare from 2011 to 2021 included various leadership positions in performance improvement, overseeing SWAT teams across approximately 190 hospitals. Ryan’s career began at Huron Consulting Group and Emory Healthcare, following an academic background that includes an MBA and MHA from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University.
