James Brennan

James Brennan is an Estimator and Quantity Surveyor at ECL Civil Engineering, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, James Brennan served as a Trainee Estimator at the same company for a brief period in July 2019. Currently pursuing an education at the University of Westminster, James Brennan's studies are expected to conclude in 2024.
