Brendon Ball

Brendon Ball is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical operations within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at eClinical Solutions since July 2017, Brendon previously held multiple roles at the company, including Senior Director and Principal Project Manager. Prior to this, experience includes consulting and executive roles at Drug Safety Alliance, where responsibilities encompassed financial integration post-merger and management of IT infrastructure, as well as leadership positions at unithink inc. and etrials Worldwide, focusing on clinical operations, technical operations, and application development. Brendon began a career in technical consulting with Telamedia, Inc. and Sprint Paranet, and also worked in product management at Quaker Chemical. Brendon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
