Barry Davenport

Mr. Barry Davenport was previously head of the Capital Markets Division at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), the Canadian federal regulator of financial institutions. Prior to being a regulator, he had extensive experience in capital markets and international banking as Senior Vice President, Global Treasury for Bank of Montreal, and spent several years managing the foreign exchange activities of Wood Gundy Ltd. a leading Canadian investment dealer.
