Aaron “AJ” Lucky, an MBA candidate, is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in advocacy, community organizing, and education. As the Founder and CEO of BLQ Medium since June 2020, Lucky has also held significant roles such as Director of Advocacy at Economic Mobility Pathways, focusing on strategic influence and partnerships, and Vice President of Programs at Social Venture Partners Boston, where guidance and support for program impact were key responsibilities. Previous roles include National Organizing Manager for Educators for Excellence, Community Organizer for Stand for Children, and Teaching Artist specializing in hip hop and poetry.
