Alice Pinson is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Responsable recherche et développement at Ecotone since March 2016. In this role, Alice oversees projects related to biscuits and breakfast cereals, focusing on technical feasibility, product specifications, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Ecotone, Alice held positions at Nutrition & Santé, where responsibilities included managing gluten-free biscuit production and developing new products, as well as performing risk analysis and equipment setup. Previous roles include Chef de projet R&D at La Saumonerie Saint Ferréol and a project engineering internship at Tipiak. Alice holds an engineering degree in agro-food from ISA Lille, complemented by studies at Euronature - Ecole de Naturopathie.
