Ashley Nelson Richards

Ashley Nelson Richards serves as the Campus President for the Richmond Campuses at ECPI University since October 2007, demonstrating expertise in leadership, campus operations, and teaching as a Certified Higher Education Professional. Prior roles include Campus Director of Academic Affairs and Faculty Member, as well as an ABHES Peer Evaluator at the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools from May 2014 to December 2019. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Director of Admissions at Virginia Career Institute, Psychology Faculty Member at Carroll University, Assistant Manager at Restoration Hardware, and Counselor Intern at Family Services. Ashley's educational background includes a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, along with a high school diploma from E.C. Glass.
