Brandon Shaffer

Brandon Shaffer serves as the Director of Virtualization Infrastructure at ECPI University, a position held since April 2007, where responsibilities include managing and maintaining multiple VMware vSphere HA/DRS cluster environments utilizing best practices, as well as implementing host and firmware upgrades. Previously, Brandon functioned as a VMware Engineer and an IT Support Technician, providing comprehensive desktop support to students, faculty, and staff. Prior experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Technician Tier 2/Duty Lead at Hewlett-Packard from January 2005 to April 2007. Brandon holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in IT Network Security from ECPI University, earned between 2003 and 2004.
