Dr. M. Dustin Bass

Dr. M. Dustin Bass, DNP, MHA, RN, CEN, NEA-BC, is an accomplished healthcare leader currently serving as the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Interim Chief Nursing Officer at ECU Health. With extensive experience in emergency nursing, Dr. Bass holds positions such as Secretary/Treasurer and Director on the board of the Emergency Nurses Association, representing over 55,000 members. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services at Atrium Health and Director of Emergency and Urgent Care Services at Carson Tahoe Health.
