María Laura Alvear

Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and educational roles. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in online sales of organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatic degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
