Martin Hillebrecht

Martin Hillebrecht is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and innovation, currently serving as Senior Experte Innovationen at EDAG Group since June 2007. Hillebrecht has held various leadership positions at EDAG Group, including Leiter Innovation and Leiter CC Leichtbau, Werkstoffe & Technologien. Prior to this, Hillebrecht was the Director of Project Management and Deputy Managing Director at EDAG SARL from April 2004 to May 2007, and served as Vorstandsassistent at EDAG from March 2000 to March 2004. Hillebrecht began a career in academia as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität Clausthal, focusing on welding technology and manufacturing processes, and also led the Sonderforschungsbereich 362 "Fertigen in Feinblech" from 1996 to 1999. Hillebrecht earned a Dr.-Ing. in Maschinenbau and a Dipl.-Ing. in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Clausthal.
