Steven Tasker

Steven Tasker is an experienced professional in property valuations, currently serving as Director and Associate at Eddisons since August 2018, focusing on commercial, residential, and trade-related valuations in the North West and North Wales. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions, including Associate Director at Bruton Knowles (May 2013 - July 2018), specializing in licensed leisure and hotel property valuations across Northern England. Steven's expertise also includes trade-related valuations for leisure properties at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group (January 2010 - February 2013), as well as delivering valuations at Bilfinger GVA (February 2005 - December 2009) and Chesterton (March 1999 - January 2005), where a significant amount of work involved portfolio valuations and agency sales. Steven earned a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich (1986 - 1989).
