Joe Dusek

Joe Dusek has extensive experience in water treatment and public works, currently serving as the Water Treatment Plant Supervisor for the City of Eden Prairie since April 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, personnel, and safety protocols at the water treatment plant, as well as managing municipal water supply wells and a certified water testing laboratory. Prior roles include Lab Analyst and Water Plant Operator at the City of Bloomington, where Joe ensured compliance with water quality standards, and positions at the Cities of Richfield and Grafton, where operational maintenance of lime softening water treatment plants was performed. Joe Dusek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Mayville State University and has obtained two certificates from Hamline University in Advanced Human Resources for Public Works and the Minnesota Public Works Leadership Academy.
