Sehr Ali

Sehr Ali is a development professional with experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Sehr has a proven track record in building relationships, developing strategy, and managing teams.

Ali started their career as a Program Coordinator for Nutrition and Education International, where they managed a team of agronomists in Afghanistan. In this role, they were responsible for budget management, compiling reports, grant writing, and overall program management.

In 2015, Ali joined VNForward as a Director of Development. In this role, they were responsible for organizing outreach to build awareness for not for profit partners. Sehr also developed and maintained relationships with partner agencies, drafted content, prepared images, and maintained updates on the company's website. Additionally, they assisted with the design and implementation of company strategy and marketing.

In 2020, Ali joined Eden Reforestation Projects in an unknown role.

Sehr Ali has a Master of Science in Global Studies from Northeastern University, with a focus in International/Global Studies and International Health. Sehr also has an Honors Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa in International Development and Globalization. Lastly, they have taken a course in Writing Effective Grant Proposals from Mt. San Antonio College.
