Damian Byrne

Damian Byrne is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Development Manager at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland since January 2023. Prior to this role, Damian held the position of Construction Project Manager at EDF Renewables Ireland from December 2020 to February 2023. Damian also worked as Area Manager at VSB Renewable Energy Ireland between March 2019 and November 2020. Earlier in the career, Damian was Development Manager at Gaelectric from July 2007 to June 2018 and Project Manager at Eve Group from March 2004 to July 2007. Damian holds a NCEA Certificate in Civil Engineering from Munster Technological University.
