Marynes Alcala Burgos

Marynes Alcala Burgos is a seasoned professional in sustainable architecture and green building design, currently serving as an EDGE Expert at EDGE Buildings since December 2018. Concurrently, Marynes has been the General Director of EMURA Espacios Sustentables since July 2018, specializing in bioclimatic design and sustainability consulting. Previously, Marynes provided consultancy on bioclimatic and sustainable design for the Ayuntamiento de Mérida between March and August 2018, aiding in the establishment of guidelines for building projects in Mérida. With extensive experience in project management as Administration and Project Head at Edificaciones Majovi S.A. de C.V. from July 2004 to September 2015, Marynes also holds multiple degrees in architecture and business management, including a Master’s in Administration from Universidad Marista de Mérida.
