Sophie Warden

Sophie Warden is currently a part-time lecturer at Edge Hill University, specializing in the BA (Hons) Sports Coaching & Development program, while also serving as a social media manager for the Edge Hill University Athletics Team. Since May 2023, Sophie has held the position of Graduate Research Assistant at Beyond The Sidelines, focusing on sport mental health research. As an Activities Instructor at Ribby Hall Village, Sophie leads various sports sessions and coaching activities. Previously, Sophie managed social media for Preston Harriers and held positions as a Brand Manager at J Whitaker Fitness and President of the Edge Hill University Athletics Team. Sophie's educational background includes a PhD in Evaluating the Impact of Rugby League Cares’ Community Sport and Health Programmes and an MSc in Sport, Physical Activity and Mental Health, among other qualifications.
