Matt has a strong background in recruiting and marketing from a previous role as the Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator at Ideal Completion Services Inc., where efforts focused on attracting top industry talent. Additionally, Matt has experience in client support and account management, as well as in business ownership through Huskerland Oilfield Services, providing operational services to notable clients in the oil and gas sector. Matt has been involved in athletics as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Western Oklahoma State College since 2007. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Bellevue University.
