Adam Watling

Adam Watling is an accomplished employability strategist and manager, currently serving as the Head of Student Futures at Edinburgh Napier University since July 2018. With a strong background in career services, previously held the position of Head of Careers Department at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, from June 2008 to July 2018, where Adam developed a strategic careers plan and managed a team of ten careers advisers to enhance employability support for students. Adam's extensive experience includes roles as Careers Manager and Client Team Manager, fostering relationships with industry contacts to create opportunities for students, as well as serving as Graduate Employability Manager and co-founding OUR TALENTED FUTURE CONSULTANCY LIMITED. Adam began the career journey as a Placement Broker at the London College of Fashion and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco from 2005 to 2007.
