Daniel Yannick Efangon, Ph.D., serves as President of Réseau Citoyen pour la Gouvernance des Finances Publiques (RECGOFIP) since 2019, focusing on advocacy and education for inclusive public finance governance. Efangon is also an author specializing in public finance at Editions l'Harmattan and leads workshops on public finance governance in Sub-Saharan Africa at Collège International des Séniors Harmattan (CISH). In addition, Efangon holds the position of project assistant for ICT and public finance governance at the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, where responsibilities include negotiating loan agreements and overseeing project implementations in cooperation with the African Development Bank. Efangon's prior role as a Foreign Affairs Officer involved managing health and education cooperation between Cameroon and the Commonwealth. Efangon earned a Ph.D. in International Relations/Diplomacy/Public Finance from Institut des Relations Internationales du Cameroun (IRIC) and has additional certifications in Global Health Diplomacy and anti-corruption strategies.
