Melanie Leiva

Melanie Leiva has extensive experience in educational leadership and instruction, currently serving as Assistant Principal of Instruction and Assistant Principal of Student Services at Ednovate Inc since June 2017. Prior to this role, Melanie was a Fourth Grade Lead Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools and a Corps Member with Teach For America, where engagement in the Good to Transformational Teaching Fellowship occurred. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and pursuit of a Diploma of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, Melanie has held various teaching and leadership positions, including AP English Language and Composition Teacher and founding English 9 Teacher at Ednovate Inc.
