Michelle Wilson possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership development within the education sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Education Credit Union, Michelle previously held key positions at Region 16 Education Service Center, including Director of Human Resources & ESC Systems and Manager of Leadership Development, Certification and Compliance. Additionally, Michelle served as Director of Leadership Development, Digital Learning, and Technical Services at Education Service Center Region 12, as well as a Campus Liaison. Michelle's educational background includes a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from West Texas A&M University, earned between 1991 and 1993.
