Mr. Mendonca is a Director Emeritus (retired senior partner) from the Washington D.C. and San Francisco offices of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. He is a lecturer at the Stanford Business School, and a senior fellow at the Presidio Institute. Mr. Mendonca founded McKinsey’s U.S. state and local public sector practice, oversaw the McKinsey Global Institute, and served for a decade on the firms Shareholder Council (board of directors). In addition to his board role at ERP, Mr. Mendonca serves as the chair of Children Now, co-chair of California Forward, and is the co-founder and chair of Fusecorps. He has served on a wide variety of education-focused, charitable and economic development boards, as well as the Public Policy Institute of California. He is the founder and owner of the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company.
