Wendy Dougherty

Wendy Dougherty (Taylor) has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at ETS since February 2006. Previous roles at ETS include Manager of Total Rewards and Compensation Consultant. Wendy also worked as an HR Associate at Purdue Pharmaceutical from 2000 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix (2009-2013) and a BS in Business Administration from Rider University (1989-1993).
