Kristiina Lappalainen

Kristiina Lappalainen currently serves as Team Lead for Digital Classrooms at Eduhouse Oy, a position held since April 2022, following a role as Service Specialist. Prior to this, Kristiina was Customer Service Manager at Wistec Training Oy from August 2015 to March 2022 and at Salcom Group from November 2011 to August 2015. Kristiina also worked as Training Coordinator at Salcom Group and Datafrank Oy, and briefly as Office Secretary at Eastway in 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from EVTEK Ammattikorkeakoulu, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and a Vocational Qualification in Business Management, Marketing, and Logistics from Mercuria Business School, completed from 1998 to 2001.
