Donovan Charles

Donovan Charles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and development within various organizations. Currently serving as the Department Leader for Reputation Management at Edward Jones since April 2022, Donovan previously held multiple roles at Kennesaw State University, including Assistant Athletic Director for Development, where duties included managing a portfolio of major gift prospects and leading a development team to achieve annual fundraising goals. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Development Director for two colleges at KSU, overseeing significant financial support initiatives, and previous roles in community relations at Target, fundraising at the Minneapolis Urban League, and development efforts for the United Negro College Fund. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Jackson State University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
