Jennifer Engeling

Jennifer Engeling has extensive experience in financial services and strategic roles, currently serving as Principal and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Edward Jones since February 2017, where prior positions included Senior Strategy Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. Before Edward Jones, Jennifer worked at Blackhawk Network as International Product Manager and Pricing Analyst, and completed an internship focused on Economic and Scientific Affairs with the U.S. Department of State. Jennifer's background also includes roles at Thomson Reuters as a Financial Markets Specialist and as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial. Educational accomplishments include an MBA/MA in international business and international affairs from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in English and psychology with a minor in gender studies from the same institution, along with study experiences at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
