Jim Sokolowski

Jim Sokolowski, MA, CPTD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Edward Jones since November 2013, Sokolowski focuses on talent development, leadership growth, and DEI initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development at Savvis, where strategic leadership development was implemented, and Director of Organizational Development and Learning at Ontario Systems, tasked with enhancing organizational effectiveness. Sokolowski has also held significant positions at Insituform Technologies, Blockbuster, and Firestone Complete Auto Care, where comprehensive training programs were designed and executed. Sokolowski's educational background includes an M.A. in Organizational Development/Training from Roosevelt University and a B.S. in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
