Richa Kaila Mukherjee

Richa Kaila Mukherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Edwards Lifesciences since February 2019, Richa has held various roles within the company, including Senior Manager for Global Leadership Development and Segment Leader for Global Talent Management & Learning. Prior to Edwards Lifesciences, Richa was the Head of Learning and Talent Development at TowerJazz and the Global Director of Learning and Development at Mentor Global. Richa began a career in human resources consulting and has a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Human Resources from Banaras Hindu University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Richa is skilled in designing organizational development initiatives and implementing strategic HR programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
