Sugandha Gupta

Sugandha "Sue" Gupta is a seasoned professional in automation services, currently serving as Senior Director at Edwards Lifesciences since November 2020. In this role, Sugandha leads the automation practice, driving operational innovation across various business functions and managing specialized teams focused on intelligent automation, digital assistants, and work orchestration. Prior to this, Sugandha held key positions including Senior Manager of Intelligent Automation at First American Title and Manager of Robotic Process Automation at The Boeing Company. With a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UCLA, Sugandha has a solid foundation in technology and project leadership.
