Bernadette Kisaalu

Bernadette Kisaalu serves as the Legal Director for Product at EE since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in consumer law and legal advisory roles. Previously, Bernadette was the Principal Lawyer for BT's Customer Experience division from July 2016 to March 2023, leading the BT Consumer Law team and managing cross-functional projects for both BT and EE. Prior to this, Bernadette held various legal positions at Vodafone, including Senior Consumer Lawyer and Legal Counsel for Consumer, where responsibilities encompassed providing legal support on advertising, marketing, and contract negotiations. Earlier experience includes roles at Copart UK Ltd, Avon Cosmetics, and Impellam Group, where Bernadette advised on a broad range of legal issues and led negotiations. Bernadette's career began as a trainee solicitor at Impellam. Bernadette holds an LLB Hons in Law & Criminology from Keele University and completed legal education at The College of Law.
