Paul Guerino is an experienced professional in data analytics and survey methodology, currently serving as the Director of the Data Development and Information Products Division at the EEOC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at the American Hospital Association, including Director of Data Analytics and Research Manager. Paul also served as Chair of the LGBT Concerns Committee at the American Statistical Association. Additional experience includes working at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a Survey Statistician and Lead Survey Methodologist, as well as a rotational assignment as Program Manager at the Office of Management and Budget. Earlier roles include Statistician at the U.S. Department of Justice and Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research. Paul earned a Master of Science in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Penn State University.
