Tarmo Tulva

Tarmo Tulva is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure at Eesti Energia since August 2021. An active figure in the Estonian Draughts Federation as President since January 2015, Tarmo has also held the position of CIO at Nobel Digital from February 2020 to August 2021. Previous roles include CTO/Head of IT Infrastructure at SMIT (IT and Development Centre at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior) and Head of the CPE Department at Telia. Tarmo's career began as a Network Administrator at the Estonian Border Guard, and over the years has developed skills in IT management, supported by a Bachelor's degree in IT management from Estonian Business School, completed in 2006.
