Heidi Durflinger serves as the CEO of EF World Journeys USA and President of EF World Journeys, where leadership in guided, experiential travel is a primary focus. Since joining EF Education First in July 2004, Heidi has held multiple key positions within Go Ahead Tours, including Executive Vice President and Vice President roles in Sales, Customer Relations, and Groups.
