Massimo Schnideritsch

Massimo Schnideritsch is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operations Specialist at EF Education First since January 2024, providing operational support for educational tours in North America, South America, and Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Massimo held various positions within AIESEC in Italy from November 2019 to July 2023, including Chief Operating Financial Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing financial auditing, managing legal resources, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, Massimo chaired the Entity Financial Board and participated in national strategic initiatives. Earlier experiences include leadership in talent management, business development internships, and an English teaching role in Vietnam. Massimo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and has also studied at the University of Luxembourg.
