Rana Othman

Rana Othman, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Technical Accounting Manager at Effectus Group since January 2019, Rana has progressed through roles including Supervising Senior Associate and Senior Associate. Prior experience includes working as SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Associate at QuinStreet, where Rana contributed to the preparation of compliance documents such as Forms 10-K and 10-Q. A personal sabbatical in 2016 allowed Rana to pass the CPA exams and engage in international study programs. Earlier professional experience at PwC included roles as Assurance Experienced Associate, where Rana handled audits for technology companies, and as an Assurance Intern.
