Johanne Foerde

Johanne Foerde currently serves as a Legal Advisor in Legal and Executive Affairs at the EFTA Surveillance Authority since November 2024. Prior to this role, Foerde worked for Advokatfirmaet Schjødt from August 2018 to November 2024, progressing from Associate to Senior Lawyer. Foerde also gained mediation experience at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in early 2018, specializing in civil disputes and discrimination cases. Legal internship experience includes positions at the Norwegian Gaming Authority and Advokatfirmaet Harris. Foerde holds an LL.M. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Master of Law degree from the University of Bergen.
