Sandy Tierney

Sandy Tierney, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EG America since March 2020. Previously, Sandy held multiple leadership roles at Cumberland Farms from March 2015 to March 2020, including Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations and Benefits Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at City Sports, Vice President of Human Resources at Isis Parenting, and various positions at Talbots and J. Jill, culminating in a role as Director of Benefits, Compensation & HRIS. Sandy began a career in human resources at Child World/Children's Palace, focusing on benefits and compensation management.
