Terence Keenan

Terence Keenan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and recruitment. Currently serving as a National Account Manager at Egencia since July 2010, Terence has played a key role in managing the Travel Manager Help Desk and overseeing over 60 Premier accounts, achieving a closure rate of 60% for client cases in 2011. Prior to this, Terence owned Resume Creations from 2009 to 2010, focusing on helping individuals secure employment through writing services. Terence also contributed as a Technical Recruiter at Alaska Airlines and Microsoft from 2006 to 2009, where Terence was recognized for attracting high-quality candidates and exemplifying a strong customer service culture.
