Mikel Cook

Mikel Cook currently serves as Corporate Services Manager and Corporate Governance Officer at Egg Farmers of Canada since March 2020. Previously, Mikel held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at Cobham from February 2016 to June 2017. Mikel's experience in the US Navy from December 2010 to December 2015 included managing the Navy Appropriations Liaison Office, facilitating coordination with the Senate and House Appropriations Committee on Defense. Prior roles encompass administrative leadership at VQ2, where Mikel supervised the Administrative Department for over 400 employees, and performed as a Military Intelligence Analyst and Security Manager for NATO from 2003 to 2006. Mikel's extensive military experience began as an Admin LPO on USS RAINIER (2000-2003) and included roles as Executive Assistant at SHAPE (1998-2000) and Admin Assistant at NMCB-7 (1994-1998). Mikel holds an Associate's Degree from Northern Virginia Community College and a COMPAS degree from WYWM Academy.
