Joe Richardson

Joe Richardson is a highly experienced Product Design Manager and Lead UX Designer at Egnyte, where responsibilities include leading design initiatives since June 2021. Prior to Egnyte, Joe held multiple positions at ServiceNow, contributing as Staff UX Designer in the HR Software Business Unit and as Senior User Experience Designer for IT Operations Management from July 2017 to June 2021. Joe's experience also includes serving as Senior UX Designer at Marketo, focusing on design pattern libraries and product workflows, and holding the role of Senior Product Designer at DNN Corp., where core product elements and a pattern library were developed.
