Josh Solera

Josh Solera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as the US Leader of the Services Practice Group at Egon Zehnder since 2016, Josh also holds the position of Americas Lead for Transport & Logistics and Aviation Practices. Prior to this, Josh spent six years at McKinsey & Company, where the roles included Engagement Manager and Associate. Additionally, Josh worked at The Parthenon Group from 2005 to 2009, progressing to the role of Senior Associate. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Duke University. Josh also attended Columbia University and is an alumnus of Saint Francis High School.
