Lee Wrubel

Lee Wrubel is a seasoned consultant at Egon Zehnder, specializing in executive recruitment, corporate governance, and assessment & development within the global healthcare and private equity sectors since May 2016. Prior to this role, Lee served as a general partner at Flare Capital Partners from April 2015 to April 2016, focusing on venture capital for digital health companies, and at Foundation Medical Partners from April 2001 to April 2015, targeting early-stage healthcare ventures. Earlier experience includes being a principal at Highland Capital Partners and Canaan Partners, both concentrated on healthcare venture capital, and a senior associate at The Wilkerson Group, providing management consulting for healthcare organizations. Lee holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an MD with an MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
