Alan Vong

Alan Vong is a Change Management Specialist at The eHealth Centre of Excellence since August 2018, focused on implementing change management strategies to enhance digital health technologies for patients and clinicians in Ontario. Prior to this role, Alan served as a Quality Improvement Specialist & Data Analyst at Upper Grand Family Health Team and gained experience as a Student Health Informatician with Oxford County, where responsibilities included utilizing Panorama IBM scanning tool, maintaining document management, and analyzing documents for classification. Alan's career began in door-to-door sales as a Team Leader at Solstice Inc., which provided foundational skills in communication and customer rapport. Alan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Information Management from Conestoga College, completed in 2018.
