Shelby Barker

Shelby Barker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and community relations across various organizations. Currently serving as Group Leader at Innovation Roundtable since June 2022, Shelby previously held the position of Community Relations Manager at Homestead Hospice and Chief Operating Officer/Pastor at The Gathering. Additional roles include Department Director and Missions Director at Legacy Christian Church, Regional Administrator at Serenity Hospice Care, and Regional Manager of Business Development at HCR ManorCare. Shelby began a career in sales and customer service as an Account Executive at Amedisys and Southeast Regional Sales Manager at Ivanhoe Group, and was involved in building City Geeks as Sales/Tech Manager. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on public administration from the University of West Georgia.
