Erica Harrison

Erica Harrison, MBA, is a seasoned executive and educator with extensive experience in training, development, and business leadership. As the Chief Executive Officer of Harrison Innovation since April 2012, Erica has supported artists and entrepreneurs in various aspects of business development, including career coaching and social media management. Concurrently, Erica serves as an EHRC Education Expert at EHR Concepts, specializing in IT software training and development, and oversees clinical systems training at Optum. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing and Promotions at Nappy Roots Entertainment Group and various training positions within the healthcare sector. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast News and Theatre, two Master's Degrees in Education Administration and Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership at Vanderbilt Peabody College.
