Kevin McCarthy

Kevin McCarthy, MPA, currently serves as a Commercial Account Executive at both Ehrlich Pest Control and Rentokil Initial, focusing on property protection and human safety in Southwest Florida. Previously, Kevin worked as an Industrial & Office Commercial Real Estate Consultant at Signature Associates Commercial Real Estate, where responsibilities included research, marketing, and property leasing. Kevin's earlier experience includes a role as a Research & Data Analyst at the Colorado Center for Community Development, where project work involved collaboration with various officials and specialists. Additionally, Kevin spent several years at Sherwin-Williams Paints managing the professional coatings business and overseeing operations, marketing, and human resources. Kevin began a professional career at ProMedica Group as a Hospital Transport staff member. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Toledo.
